On Friday, December 13, 2024 , the KSUM family gathered for our much-awaited All Hands Meeting and Training Session at the stunning Poovar Island Resort, Trivandrum . Nestled between golden beaches, backwaters, and swaying coconut trees, Poovar offered the perfect setting to step away from the everyday hustle and reconnect with ourselves, with each other, and with the vision that drives Kerala’s startup ecosystem forward.

The day began with warm welcomes and a sense of excitement in the air. We dove into the highlight of the morning, a session on “Generative AI and Its Applications” led by Mr. Krishnakumar, CEO of Greenpepper . His insights not only gave us a glimpse into the power of AI but also sparked new ideas on how we can bring innovation into our work.

After a hearty lunch, we returned re-energized for the continuation of the training session , where discussions became more interactive and hands-on. By afternoon, it was time to step outdoors and embrace the serene island around us. The group photo that captured our smiles and anticipation. The sightseeing and team games weren’t just fun, they reminded us of the importance of collaboration, trust, and sometimes just letting go to enjoy the moment.
